The Frightening New Aftershock Forced More Earthquake Survivors Onto The Capital's Streets

After the major earthquake, Haiti was struck by a powerful aftershocks, shaking already damaged buildings and sending people fleeing into the streets in Port-au-Prince The 6.1 earthquake was the largest aftershock since last week's 7.0 temblor. The U.S. Geological Survey said the earthquake was centered about 35 miles northwest of the capital.
