I know US lend the haitian gorvenment large some of money with high interest rate that we can't afford to pay back. Does that make US a more reliable friend than Cuba and Venezuela that provide humanitarian aids and trained technicians, which can help us strenghten our lives?

If we campare US foreign policy in Dominican Repuplic campare to Haiti, we can vividly see the favoritism in the application of US socio-economic development of eastern part of Hispaniola.

Capitalism is the solution to the world problem.
A country should the freedom to choose any economic policy that best suited the people.
I know Haiti does not have economic freedom about its destination, but should we have still a phobia against a socialistic or communistic way of life. we should put self-interest aside and see the the whole country as a whole for the sake of a better future.
How many american doctors does the US government sent to train and help the haitian poor in Haiti.
How much so US governemnt invest to stabilize the country?
