To: President Ben Baldanza and the CEO of the Spirit Airline company, I am a proud Haitian.
I have traveled for over 30 years with American Airline, never the less, the treatment remained the same. I am all for competition and fair market in Haiti because we don't have that. They only have a monopoly.
In my point of view, you are very welcome in the market.
If i may offer some good advise, it would be hire young people, take them outside of their bad environment for training, so they can be aware of how to talk to people because they'll be representing your company.
Good business is a repeated customers.
Also trying to gain the Bostonian confidence by giving us even one or two flights from Boston a month, just to be very punctual
