it is never a good thing to critic another state.
as you know a bit about Haiti history, there have many to learn about our struggles.It is common sense about how Haiti can not maintain democracy.
I would like to give you one keys of those factors.
we have at least one of the highest mountains in the caribbean.
Haiti was and still considered as a treat to the US or any superpower after defeading Bonaparte because they have us in mind as a smart nation that can fight without arms. If Haiti become financial stable, our economic will produce more military needs, so that it will be a problem to those closest to us. US is one the Issue that keep Haiti in the ground to control.
