about rice and beans i like to cook the beans with garlic onions and a small drop of olive oil it gives it a special taste

This is not a cooking tip, but a suggestion.
The Foodnetwork is missing something SPECIAL, a Haitian Cook. So Haitain cooks why not try to get on the Food Network, and show off our GREAT TASTING Native food.

i did not really find what i was looking for. and i felt like there was a lot more missing for the ingrediens.
theres so much more in our grio then onions, garlic, lime juce or whatever was up there.
plus the was cointains more ingredient then it was shown.
